With a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology and a specialization as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Sara Gambelli is also an ACC ICF (International Coaching Federation) Certified Coach, Consultant and Trainer in the field of Human Resources.

For the past 17 years, she has worked with multinational companies on training projects aimed at developing managerial skills and potential assessments, working both in Italy and abroad for consulting firms. Specializing in management training, she addresses crucial topics such as Soft Skills, Change Leadership, Team Building, Team Working, Team Leadership, Team Empowerment, Negotiation, Stress and Conflict Management, Wellbeing and Safety, Motivation Development and Personal Power. In addition, Sara conducts Climate Analysis and Team Coaching to improve the internal dynamics of organizations.

In recent years, she has designed experiential training formats for innovative programs on Women's Leadership, Diversity Management, Multiculturalism, Multigenerationality, Gender Equality, Integral Wellness and Mindfulness.
