After graduating in Electronic Engineering, Massimo immediately entered Business Consulting in the Italian and international arena. After working for a few years in the Oil&Gas sector, he specialized in Green Management, Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility, and finally decided to integrate all parts of the journey into his passions: consulting and corporate training.

For several years Massimo has been a designer, trainer and coach, specializing particularly in the areas of Communication, Problem Solving and Strategic Coaching.
