After earning a degree in Electronic Engineering, Massimo immediately entered the Business Consulting field in both Italian and international contexts. After working for several years in the Oil & Gas sector, he specialized in Green Management, Energy, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Ultimately, he decided to integrate all aspects of his journey into his passions: consulting and corporate training.

For several years, Massimo has been a designer, trainer and coach, specializing particularly in the areas of Communication, Problem Solving and Strategic Coaching.
