Erika has an academic background in communication and is a registered public journalist. After graduating, she worked as a content editor, press officer, and journalist in the cultural and musical sectors, collaborating with various publications.

Since 2021 she has been working in education, with responsibilities on coordination and organizational management of training activities at national and international levels.
