Claudia has just completed a master's degree in Human Resources and Organization at Bologna Business School and holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Modena.

Claudia gained experience in the Human Resources sector, where she held generalist roles that gave her a comprehensive view of people management processes and practices. Claudia combines her economic-organizational background with her strong relationship orientation, thus adopting an integrated approach.
