Claudia has just completed a master's degree in Human Resources and Organization at Bologna Business School and holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Modena.

Claudia has gained experience in the Human Resources sector, where she has held generalist roles that have allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of people management processes and practices. She combines her economic-organizational training with her strong relationship-oriented approach, adopting an integrated perspective.
